We only offer this course to 6 students, 3 times per year, here in California at TBT Global HQ.
We cover each part of suspension in the classroom and on the bench. With only 6 students, it is very in-depth and detailed. You also get 60 percent or more of the time hands-on doing the things on the bench with an instructor.

Bladder and reservoir shocks - nitrogen charging, oil volumes, and seal replacement
Shim stack design, compression/rebound circuits, and how to read dyno charts
Sag measurement, rider weight mapping, progressive vs. linear rate selection
Intake interviews, rider profiling, and translating feedback into suspension changes
DLC coatings, Kashima treatment, lowering kits, and specialty modifications
